At Earth Work, we are dedicated to inspiring transformation through our deep connection with nature. Our mission is to work with the earth to support each other in remembrance, understanding, and transformation. We believe that nature has the power to awaken, heal, and transform, and we are committed to sharing this belief with our community.

Our team is passionate about creating customized nature experiences that cater to the unique needs of our clients. We offer one-on-one mentoring and coaching, as well as private customized experiences for organizations and private groups. Our community-based nature experiences are open to the public, providing an opportunity for everyone to connect with nature and benefit from its profound impact.

Our Team's Expertise


Our team is deeply committed to guiding transformative nature experiences, bringing together a wealth of professional certifications and extensive field experience. Our qualifications include:

Certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide: Trained in the art of guiding immersive, nature-based experiences that foster well-being and connection. Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT)

​

Certified Professional Life Coach: Trained through the Certified Life Coach Institute (an International Coaching Federation Accredited program) to provide one-on-one client focused coaching rooted in empathy, equity, and the belief that change begins with courage.

​

Wilderness Emergency Medical Technician (WEMT): Over ten years of certification, ensuring safety and preparedness in all outdoor environments (Certified through NOLS)

​

California Teaching Credential: Expertise in facilitating learning and development across diverse audiences and settings. Credential specifically focused on training outdoor educators, and has lead numerous educator training programs with Marin County Office of Education, NatureBridge, California Conservation Corps, and certified summer camps. 

​

Decades of Experience in the Field: Each of our facilitators has over 20 years of experience facilitating outdoor education, adventure travel, and experiential learning. They have worked across sectors including government, non-profit, and private. Their experience allows for a dynamic facilitation that is based in experience.

Global Perspective: Our guides have worked across the United States, in Zuni and Hopi reservations, and in numerous countries, deepening their understanding of global environmental wisdom and practices.

​

Mentorship and Leadership Development: Our team has mentored, coached, and trained hundreds of individuals in leadership, group facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. They have worked in various organizations adding to the depth of the understanding and approach.
