Experiences
Join a community of individuals in one of our open enrollment experiences with nature. Our programs are inclusive and welcoming to all adults over the age of 21, require no prior comfort or expertise—just a willingness to relate. Held in local parks, these 2 to 3 hour events follow a structure that guides you through a shared experience with the more than human world. All of our community experiences follow the following format which you can participate in as you choose.

Arrival: Settle in, meet fellow participants, and get oriented with any need-to-know information.

Invocation: Begin with a grounding guided experience to awaken the senses, quiet the mind, and deepen your connection with the natural surroundings.

Observation: Experience and notice the motion of yourself and your surroundings.

Exploration: Relate with the more than human world, guided by experiential invitations. Explore, discover, and engage with the environment in a way that feels meaningful to you.

Celebration: Conclude with a communal gathering, celebrating the shared experience and the connections made.

Integration: Depart with whatever insights, feelings, or connections you’ve gained from your experience with nature.​
