Seasonal Cohort

• Six Sessions: Spread across three months, blending conversation with guided nature experiences, providing time and space to deepen your connection. The sessions offer group, individual, and self paced programming, aligned across the cohort while still leaving room for individualization. 

• Flexible Format: Join in-person or remotely, with an option to culminate in a powerful, immersive experience with your cohort.
