What is a Cohort?
Our Cohorts are a series of nature-based programs done with the same small group (5-10 participants). Cohorts are designed around an overarching theme that relates to place and time. Cohorts explore three different modalities to deepen relationships with the Earth, create strong community ties and friendships, and dig into personal work that individuals want to explore:​

Three Group Gatherings
Guided sensory, somatic journeys that unlock our bodies, hearts, and minds to the stories of the More-Than-Human world. We lead groups into a collective experience of curiosity, connection with nature, and open, honest reflection, capped with picnics and conversation.​​​

Two Coaching Sessions
Cohort participants get one-on-one coaching sessions with Earth Work founders Abbey Gordon and Adam Ballard. Our coaching model combines traditional coaching models with nature therapy frameworks for an experience that is unique and powerful.​
​
Custom Guidebook
All cohorts get a 50-page guide book designed for participants to deepen their experience and practice on their own. These books contain discovery guides; visual frameworks to use as tools for reflection; space for journaling and drawing; plus original Earth Work artwork and writing.
