As coaches, we are not here to fix you. It’s about telling the truth, understanding, remembering who you are, and discovering what is possible. At Earth Work California, coaching happens in partnership with nature and with guides who aren’t afraid to ask the hard questions, or laugh with you when the answers get messy.
We are Certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Certified Professional Life Coaches, and have both worked with individuals and groups for 20 years. Abbey is a Nature and Transformation Coach known for her candor, depth, and fierce compassion. Adam brings a sharp eye, humor, and authenticity.
We work one-on-one with individuals who are ready to reflect, grow, and reorient, whether that means walking through the woods or walking through a major life shift.
